OUR FOUNDER

Blanca Morales

CEO

Blanca E. Morales has over 30 years of strong experience in Accounts Receivable Management, specializing in the area of Patient Financial Services. Over time and through the completion of numerous successful projects at institutions such as Southern California Physician Services, La Maestra Community Centers, Stanford Health Systems, Tucson Medical Center, and Baptist Health Care Hospitals, Blanca has proven herself to be a highly effective consultant for national and local hospital organizations and medical groups. She wants to bring positive change to the community.

OUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS

Phillip Dickinson

Dr. Dickinson is a board certified general surgeon, he has 14 years of experience. He can help patients with a variety of procedures to treat hernias, hemorrhoids, bariatric surgery, colon conditions and other issues. He also specializes in robotic and bariatric surgery. Speaks English and Spanish.

Vitali Aizin

Dr. Aizin is a board Certified Doctor, he has 17 years of experience. Specializes in cardiology and nuclear cardiology and treats patients for congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure and other conditions. Speaks English and Spanish.

Austin Kooba

Dr. Austin Kooba, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist from Solana Beach, California, with over 20 years of experience. He graduated with a medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Denver. Later, Dr. Austin Kooba, MD, attended the Medical University of South Carolina, where he completed his internship and residency.

Bret Gerber

Dr. Bert Gerber is a 30-year experienced Pediatrician. He is the co-owner of the Pacific Integrative Pediatric Health in Rancho Bernardo and looks forward to serving the under served community.

Michelle Garcia

Nurse Michelle is board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois in Chicago. By starting her career in Internal Medicine, she was provided with a solid knowledge base in managing primary care. Dedicated to preventative care, she believes in the mind, body, and spirit working collaboratively as a whole to achieve optimal health.

Camille Cromwell

Nurse Camille is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. During these years, she worked in the ICU, ER and a Level II Trauma center. She recently completed her program to become a licensed FNP at US University in San Diego.

Prince Ocansey

With over a decade of experience in family medicine, public health, and community wellness, Ocansey brings a wealth of expertise in preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic treatment. His approach focuses on empowering patients through education, compassion, and evidence-based care for individuals and families of all ages.
